Prices are per apartment - per night (occupying max 2 pers.)

Low season:
27st of April until 28th of June              € 110,-
31st of August until 29th of September  € 110,-

High season:
28th of June until 31st of August           € 125,-

Minimum stay: 4 nights

Bed, bath and kitchen linens are ALL included.

Extra costs:  
Final cleaning                                       € 45,- p. apartment
Local Tourist tax                                  € 12,- p. stay

Airco: available in 'Vista a Vinci 2' and 'Podere le Tortore'  € 10,- p.apartment per day
all other apartments have fans.

Booking and Payment conditions:
To confirm your booking we require 25% of the total amount .
Balance can be payed on arrival.
No refunding of 25% for cancellations.
